Uganda Project
Live it Up Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of orphaned and abandoned children in Uganda by providing not just basic necessities, but a high-quality foundation for success. In Uganda, over 2.5 million children are orphaned due to poverty, disease, and conflict, leaving them vulnerable to malnutrition, lack of education, and inadequate healthcare. Many orphan sponsorship programs focus solely on survival; however, Live it Up Foundation takes a holistic and innovative approach by ensuring that children under its care receive top-tier education, comprehensive healthcare, psychological counseling, and leadership mentorship. Unlike conventional orphan support initiatives, Live it Up Foundation prioritizes quality over quantity—our goal is not just to keep children alive but to empower them to become future leaders. We enroll them in some of the best private boarding schools in Kampala and provide extensive support beyond education, including mentorship, vocational training, and higher education opportunities. Our impact is demonstrated by the success of our alumni—five of our former students, now college graduates and working professionals, have taken the initiative to sponsor orphans in their own communities.
Additionally, two graduates actively volunteer with the foundation, serving as mentors and advocates for the children we currently support.

AGE: 24, He graduated with a degree in Computer science, he is also a professional soccer player and trainer.

AGE: 24, He is a professional engineer and a soccer player.

AGE: 27, He is a professional Engineer in construction and architecture, very helpful to the younger ones.

AGE: 26, She is a professional fashion designer making amazing outfits and she enjoys playing netball.

AGE: 26, She graduated with a degree in social sciences and a very good crafts maker. She enjoys singing and dancing.
DOREEN
Holds a Bachelors in human resource management, experienced in Occupational therapy and enjoys board and card games.

AGE: 29, She is a professional secondary school teacher, a counsellor and she also enjoys singing and dancing.

AGE: 29, She is a professional Cosmetologist and hair dresser. She enjoys spending time with children and plays netball.

AGE:31, He is a professional Mechanical engineer and enjoys playing soccer. He is a great big brother.

AGE: 31, She is a professional Secondary teacher, a good big sister and a counsellor. She enjoys cooking.
